摘要
沈阳地铁9号线奥体中心站采用新管幕工法施工,其中钢管顶进是施工的重要环节。文章通过钢管顶进现场试验,对顶管施工过程中的地表竖向变形和顶管变形进行研究,得到顶管顶进过程中地表变形和钢管变形随顶进距离的变化规律,并对其机理展开分析,总结了顶管施工工艺关键技术。研究结果对带翼缘板钢管的顶进具有重要的参考意义。
A new pipe-roofing method was used to construct the Olympic Sports Center Station of Shenyang subway line 9,and pipe jacking is one of the key construction sequences.Based on field test of the steel pipe jacking,deformation of steel pipe and ground surface deformation were investigated to analyze change laws with steel pipe jacking,and the key technology are obtained in construction of pipe jacking.The result could be a valuable reference for application and development of steel pipe jacking with flanges.
