The author describes the definition and connotation of intelligent residential district,analyses relative factors such as ecology,environmental protection,energy saving,sustainable development and so on,and points out the construction of intelligent residential district should comply with the pro-human principles,define functions and comprehensively consider the design,construction,use and management.
