摘要
早期工业机械手自动化生产线应用存在控制上的问题,即工业单位要确保所有工业机械手准确完成分配的工作任务,必须通过分散单片机系统来发出指令,这无疑是一项繁琐的工作。针对该问题提出一种PLC控制系统,首先阐述了工业机械手自动化运行的结构,然后研究了PLC控制系统设计与应用,对工业机械手在自动化生产线的工作有一定参考价值。
There are some control problems in the application of early industrial manipulator automation production line. To ensure that all industrial manipulators accurately complete the assigned tasks, they must issue instructions through a decentralized single-chip computer system, which is undoubtedly a tedious task. Aiming at this problem,a kind of PLC control system is put forward. Firstly, the structure of industrial manipulator automatic operation is expounded, and the design and application of PLC control system are studied. It has certain reference value for the work of industrial manipulator in automatic production line.
