摘要
目的:分析眼带状疱疹患者心理现状,并制定针对性措施护理。方法:收治眼带状疱疹患者60例,按入院顺序分成两组(常规组、干预组),常规组给予临床基础性护理,干预组分析其心理现状,同时实施护理干预措施,比对两组患者护理效果。结果:干预组焦虑、抑郁评分和常规组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且干预组护理满意率和常规组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根据眼带状疱疹患者临床心理特点分析结果,制定个性化心理护理方案,可减少患者不良心理,减少并发症。
Objective:To analyze ocular herpes zoster patients psychological status,and develop targeted nursing measures.Methods:60 patients with ocular herpes zoster were selected.According to the order of admission they were divided into two groups(the routine group,the intervention group).The routine group was given clinical nursing,and the patients in the intervention group analysis of the psychological status,at the same time using nursing intervention measures.The nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The intervention group patients with anxiety and depression scores compared with the conventional group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Patients in the intervention group nursing satisfaction rate compared with common group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:According to the patients with ocular herpes zoster clinical psychological characteristics analysis results,the development of personalized psychological care programs can reduce patient adverse psychological and reduce complications.
