摘要
目的总结眼带状疱疹患者的门诊护理方法。方法选择62例门诊眼带状疱疹患者,使用泛昔洛韦和病毒唑进行抗病毒治疗。随机分为加强护理组和护理组:加强护理组进行基础护理、眼部护理、疼痛护理和心理护理;护理组进行基础护理。结果加强护理组患者的结痂时间、疼痛时间、治疗时间明显比护理组短(P<0.05);加强护理组患者痊愈28例,显效3例;护理组痊愈22例,显效3例,有效6例。结论加强眼带状疱疹患者的门诊护理有利于患者快速恢复。
Objective To summarize the outpatient service nursing methods for patients with herpes zoster eye. Methods Selected 62 cases of patients with herpes zoster eye and used famciclovir and ribavirin for antiretroviral therapy treatment. Divided them into nursing enhancement group and nursing group. The nursing enhancement group were given base nursing, eye nursing, pain nursing and psychological nursing. The nursing group were given base nursing. Results The scab time,pain time,treatment time of nursing enhancement group were obviously shorter than those of nursing group （P 〈 0.05 ）. In the nursing enhancement group, 28 patients were recovered, 3 patients were obviously effective. While in the nursing enhancement group, 22 patients were recovered, 3 patients obviously effective, 6 patients were effective. Conclusion It is helpful for the rapid recoverv of patients with hernes zoster eye to strengthen their outpatient service nursing.
