摘要
目的:分析2型糖尿病并发血尿的原因,探讨与糖尿病肾病之间的关系。方法:回顾性地总结38例2型糖尿病合并血尿患者的临床资料。结果:血尿原因为多方面,包括糖尿病和非糖尿病因素,如感染、尿路结石、肿瘤、原发性和继发性肾小球肾炎等。结论:糖尿病合并血尿并不一定存在糖尿病肾脏疾病。大部分血尿原因通过临床检查可以确诊。
Objective:To analyze the causes of hematuria in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and explore the relationship between hematuria and diabetic nephropathy.Methods:38 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hematuria were selected.Their clinical data were summaried retrospectively.Results:There are variety of reasons which can lead to hematuria,including diabetes and non diabetes mellitus,such as infection,urinary calculi,tumor,primary and secondary glomerular nephritis.Conclusion:Not all patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hematuria exist diabetic kidney disease.Most of the reasons that leading to hematuria can be diagnosed by clinical examination.
