摘要
目的:探究儿科临床应用抗生素存在的问题以及应采取的措施。方法:收治儿科患者439例,调查患者的疾病类型、应用的抗生素,以及存在的问题,针对问题采取相应的干预措施。结果:患者在采用抗生素治疗时,医生采用的药物剂量不同,对于应用剂量过大的患者,身体器官会遭受相应的损害。结论:应用抗生素控制疾病,要谨慎、小心,避免患儿因对药物敏感而增加不良反应的发生率,避免药物滥用。
Objective:To explore the problems and countermeasures of antibiotics in clinical application of pediatrics.Methods:439 cases of pediatric patients were selected,we investigated the type of disease,the use of antibiotics,and the problems that exist, took appropriate interventions for the problems.Results:The dosage of the medicine used by the doctors was different when patients treated with antibiotics,for patients with excessive doses,the body organs would suffer corresponding damage.Conclusion:When using antibiotics to control the disease,we should be careful and cautious,to avoid the increase incidence of adverse reactions due to drug sensitivity,avoid drug abuse.
