摘要
目的：探析阿奇霉素在儿科临床应用中的不良反应。方法选取本院2014年11月-2015年11月所收治的81例采用阿奇霉素治疗的患儿为本次研究对象，对其所出现的不良反应进行分析，并探讨其药学监护措施。结果所有患儿中，不良反应以过敏反应、胃肠道反应、神经系统受损及静脉炎为主，尤以胃肠反应为主。结论在儿科临床治疗中，阿奇霉素的使用极易引发各种类型的不良反应，医生应依据自身经验及阿奇霉素使用资料，加强用药的合理性，以确保该药在儿科治疗中的可靠性与安全性，从而减少不良反应的发生率。
Objective To study the adverse reactions of azithromycin in pediatric clinical application.Methods 81 cases of children treated with azithromycin in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were selected as the study subjects. The adverse reactions were analyzed, and the pharmaceutical care measures were also discussed.ResultsAmong all the patients,adverse reactions were mainly based on allergic reactions,gastrointestinal reactions,nervous system damage and phlebitis.Conclusion In the clinical of pediatric department,azithromycin easily triggered various types of adverse reactions,doctors should be based on their own experience and azithromycin and use the information, strengthen the medication rationality,in order to ensure the safety and reliability in the pediatric treatment,reducing the occurrence probability of adverse reactions.
