摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预在妊娠高血压患者护理中的应用效果。方法:收治妊娠高血压患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各80例。观察组给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组心理状态、血压情况及不良妊娠结局。结果:观察组分娩前SAS、SDS评分均低于入院时,且低于对照组分娩前,收缩压、舒张压水平均优于对照组,不良妊娠结局总发生率2.50%低于对照组的17.50%(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可缓解妊娠高血压患者的焦虑等消极情绪,能稳定其血压水平并改善妊娠结局。
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods:160 patients with PIH were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 80 cases in each group.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,and the control group was given routine nursing,then we compared the mental state,blood pressure and adverse pregnancy outcomes of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,SAS and SDS score before delivery were lower than those on admission,and they were lower than those of the control group before delivery,systolic pressure and diastolic pressure were better than those of the control group.The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome of 2.50% was lower than 17.50% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can relieve the anxiety and other negative emotions of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.It can stabilize the blood pressure level and improve the outcome of pregnancy.
