摘要
目的:评估保温护理对髋关节置换术中低温的影响以及效果。方法:2010年5月-2014年5月收治髋关节置换术患者90例,按照自愿原则分为对照组和试验组,各45例,对照组术中给予常规护理,试验组在此基础上给予保温护理,将两组患者的术后恢复情况、护理满意度以及保温效果、术后应激程度进行对比。结果:试验组的术后恢复情况、护理满意度以及保温效果、应激效果均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保温护理可给髋关节置换术患者提供良好的体温保护,减少术中低温情况,降低术后应激反应,安全可靠,术后恢复快,是值得临床选择和推荐的术中护理措施。
Objective:To assess the influence and effect of heat preservation nursing on low temperature in hip replacement.Methods:90 patients with hip replacement were selected from May 2010 to May 2014.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group with 45 cases in each according to voluntary principle.The control group was given conventional nursing during operation,and the experimental group was given heat preservation nursing on this basis.The postoperative recovery,nursing satisfaction,heat preservation effect and postoperative stress degree of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative recovery,nursing satisfaction,heat preservation effect and stress effect of patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The heat preservation nursing can provide good temperature protection for patients with hip replacement,reduce the intranperative low temperature,decrease postoperative stress reaction.It is safe and reliable, postoperative recovery is fast.It is worthy of clinical choice and recommend intraoperative nursing measures.
