摘要
目的:探讨保温护理干预在预防全身麻醉下老年髋关节置换术患者术中低体温并发症中的作用。方法:收治全身麻醉下髋关节置换术老年患者600例,根据抽签法分为参照组与观察组各300例。参照组给予常规护理,观察组给予保温护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组的术后体温、清醒时间、拔管时间均明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率5.7%,明显低于参照组的11.3%(P<0.05)。结论:保温护理干预在全身麻醉下老年髋关节置换术患者中可明显改善患者术后体温。
Objective:To explore the effect of heat preservation nursing intervention on the prevention of intraoperativehypothermia complication in elderly patients with hip replacement under general anesthesia.Methods:600cases of elderly patientswith hip replacement under general anesthesia were selected.According to the drawing method,they were divided into thereference group and the observation group with300cases in each.The reference group was given routine nursing.The observationgroup was given heat preservation nursing intervention.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:Thepostoperative body temperature,awake time and extubation time of the observation group were significantly better than those of thereference group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was5.7%,which was significantly lower than11.3%ofthe reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat preservation nursing intervention in elderly patients with hip replacement undergeneral anesthesia can significantly improve the postoperative body temperature of patients.
