摘要
目的:观察滋阴润燥生津汤治疗干燥综合征(SS)前后人体免疫球蛋白Ig A、Ig G、Ig M的变化,分析其对机体免疫功能的调节作用。方法:收治SS患者120例,随机分为两组,治疗组60例予自拟滋阴润燥生津汤口服加雾化吸入治疗,对照组60例予口服硫酸羟氯喹片剂治疗,两组患者治疗前及治疗2个月后分别采集静脉血,检测免疫球蛋白指标的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率92.86%,对照组总有效率71.43%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组治疗前后免疫球蛋白指标变化明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组的变化无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后免疫球蛋白指标与比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善情况优于对照组。结论:滋阴润燥生津汤可有效地调节干燥综合征患者机体的免疫功能。
Objective:To observe Ziyin Runzao Shengjin prescription before and after in treating Sjogren syndrome(SS),the changes of the patients of Ig A,Ig G,Ig M,to analyze the regulation of immune function.Methods:120 patients with SS were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each.The treatment group were used Ziyin Runzao Shengjin prescription and inhalation therapy,the control group was given oral hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets,2groups of patients before treatment and after 2 months of treatment,the venous blood were collected,to detect the changes of immunoglobulin index.Results:Efficiency of the treatment group was 92.86%,efficiency of the control group was 71.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group.The treatment group before and after treatment,the changes of immunoglobulin index changed significantly,there was statistical significance(P<0.05),there was no statistical significance of the control group(P>0.05),Two groups after treatmen,there was statistically significant indicators of immune globulin(P<0.05),improvement of the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Ziyin Runzao Shengjin prescription can effectively regulate the immune function of patients with sjogren syndrome.
