摘要
目的:探讨个体化钛金属修复体即刻修复下颌骨缺损的临床疗效。方法:2012年2月-2013年9月收治下颌骨缺损患者30例,采用个体化钛金属修复体即刻修复下颌骨缺损,观察修复效果。结果:30例患者均一次性成功将个体化钛金属假体置入患者体内,手术时间(70±10)min,术后经X线显示咬合良好,Ⅰ期愈合27例,Ⅰ期愈合率90.0%;发生感染1例,钛螺钉外露2例,经过对症治疗,这3例患者Ⅱ期愈合;经过12~58个月随访,按李氏分级标准进行评价,Ⅰ级27例(90.0%),Ⅱ级2例(6.7%),Ⅲ级1例(3.3%)。结论:个体化钛金属修复体即刻修复下颌骨缺损咬合关系好,面部外形恢复满意,开口度正常,患者满意,疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of individual titanium metal prosthesis for immediate restoration of mandibular defect.Methods:30 patients with mandibular defect were selected from February 2012 to September 2013.They were treated by individual titanium metal prosthesis for immediate restoration of mandibular defect.We observed the effect of repair.Results:30patients were successful that individual titanium metal prosthesis was placed into the body of patient.The operation time was(70±10)min.After operation,X-ray showed occlusion was good;27 cases were healed,and healed rate was 90%;1 case had infection;2cases had titanium screws exposed.After symptomatic treatment,the 3 patients had stage Ⅱ healing.After 12 to 58 months of follow-up,we evaluated the effectiveness of treatment by Lee grading standard.27 cases(90%) were grade Ⅰ;2 cases(6.7%) were grade Ⅱ;1 patient(3.3%) was grade Ⅲ.Conclusion:Occlusal relationship of individual titanium metal prosthesis for immediate restoration of mandibular defect was good;facial shape recovery was satisfactory;the opening degree was normal;the patient was satisfactory;the curative effect was remarkable.It was worthy of promotion.
