摘要
目的:探讨纤维喉镜下微波治疗声带小结与息肉的临床疗效。方法:选取声带小结及声带息肉患者96例作为研究对象,所有患者均在纤维喉镜下实施微波治疗,观察本组患者的临床疗效。结果:本组患者全部在表面麻醉下成功实施手术,无一例出现声带损伤、呼吸困难、声带粘连并发症。术后病理诊断结果与术前诊断完全符合,诊断符合率100%。术后随访3个月,痊愈52例,好转44例,总有效率100.0%。随访半年显示,复发4例,复发率4.2%,复发病例均与患者用嗓过度或发音不正确有关。结论:应用纤维喉镜行微波治疗声带小结、声带息肉具有显著的疗效,该治疗方法具有痛苦小、安全性好、治愈率高等优点,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of microwave under fibre laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal nodules and polyps.Methods:96 patients with vocal nodules and polyps were selected as the research objects.All patients received microwave therapy under fibre laryngoscope.The clinical curative effects of the patients were observed.Results:All patients in this group had successful implementation of operation under topical anesthesia,and no 1 cases had vocal cord injury, difficulty breathing,vocal cord adhesion complication.The postoperative pathological diagnosis results were completely in conformity with preoperative diagnosis,and the diagnose accordance rate was 100%.Patients were followed up for 3 months;52 cases were cured;44 cases were improved;the total effective rate was 100%.Follow up half year display,4 cases were recurrence;the recurrence rate was 4.2%.The relapse cases all related with the patients with excessive use of the voice or incorrect pronunciation.Conclusion:Application of microwave under fibre laryngoscope in the treatment of vocal nodules and polyps has significant curative effect.The treatment has little pain,good safety and high cure rate.It is worthy of popularization and application.
