摘要
目的:对比分析中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流与常规胸腔穿刺治疗创伤性血气胸的临床疗效。方法:收治创伤性血气胸患者60例,随机分成对照组与观察组,对照组行常规胸腔穿刺治疗,观察组行中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流治疗。对两组的治疗效果进行比较。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规胸腔穿刺治疗相比,中心静脉导管胸腔闭式引流在治疗创伤性血气胸患者中更为安全有效。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traumatic hemopneumothorax patients treated with the central venous catheter for closed drainage of pleural cavity and conventional pleural aspiration treatment.Methods:60 patients with traumatic hemopneumothorax were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine thoracentesis.The observation group was treated with the central venous catheter for closed drainage of pleural cavity.We compared the effect of treatment of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional pleural aspiration treatment,closed thoracic drainage with central venous catheter in the treatment of patients with traumatic hemopneumothorax is safer and more effective.
