摘要
目的探讨胸部外伤的诊断与治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2012年1月接收的170例胸部外伤患者的诊治,根据患者受伤原因、症状、体征、辅助检查诊断,给予胸带包扎固定保守治疗、胸腔穿刺治疗、胸腔闭式引流治疗、开胸探查术治疗,复合伤给予相应处理。结果全组患者治愈出院166例,治愈率97.65%,死亡6例,病死率2.35%。结论全面系统准确分析患者的病情,严密观察患者病情变化,及时做出相应的治疗,是提高胸部外伤救治成功率的关键。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of chest trauma. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2009 January to 2012 January received 170 cases of thoracic trauma diagnosis and treatment of patients, according to the injury causes, symptoms, signs, auxiliary examination, chest bandaging fixation to conservative treatment, pleural puncture treatment, closed thoracic drainage treatment, exploratory thoracotomy in treatment, combined injury treated. Results All the patients were cured in 166 cases, the cure rate was 97.65%, 6 cases died, the mortality was 2.35%. Conclusion The accurate analysis of patient＇s condition comprehensive system, close observation of changes in condition, to make corresponding treatment, is the key to improve the success rate of emergency treatment of chest trauma.
