摘要
目的:探讨小儿严重心律失常的临床急救措施。方法:2012年1月-2014年1月收治严重心律失常患儿30例,对其救治措施进行回顾性分析。结果:30例患儿,救治成功28例,死亡2例,救治成功率93.3%,死亡率6.7%。结论:根据患儿心律失常类型选用有效药物,并积极治疗原发疾病,同时必要时加用电击治疗、纠正心衰等各种措施的综合应用是救治小儿严重心律失常的关键。
Objective:To investigate the clinical emergency treatment of serious arrhythmia in children.Method:30 patients with serious arrhythmia were selected from January 2012 to January 2014.We retrospectively analyzed the treatment measures of them.Results:In 30 cases of children,the treatment was successful in 28 cases;2 cases died;the cure rate was 93.3%;the mortality rate was 6.7%.Conclusion:We select the effective drug according to the arrhythmia type in children,and active to treat the primary disease,at the same time,we use the electric shock treatment,correcting heart failure and other comprehensive application measures when necessary is the key to treat the severe arrhythmia in children.
