摘要
目的:探讨食管癌术后早期肠内营养对患者肠黏膜屏障功能的影响。方法:将食管癌患者76例随机分为两组,每组各38例。观察组术后给予早期肠内营养,对照组给予肠外营养。结果:两组患者术后第1天、第4天和第8天的I-FABP、DAO、ET以及D-Lac水平比较,两组患者术后第1天各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后第4天和第8天各项指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌术后采用早期肠内营养不仅能够有效满足机体对营养的需要,同时能够维护肠道黏膜完整性,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the influence of early enteral nutrition in postoperative patients with esophageal carcinoma on intestinal mucosal barrier function.Methods:76 cases of patients with esophageal carcinoma were divided into two groups randomly,with 38 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with early enteral nutrition after operation,and the control group were treated with parenteral nutrition.Results:Comparing the levels of I-FABP,DAO,ET,D-Lac in the two groups 1days,4 days,8 days after operation,there were no significant differences of the indicators 1d after operation(P>0.05).The indicators of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group 4 days and 8 days after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early enteral nutrition in postoperative patients with esophageal carcinoma can meet the nutrition needs of the body effectively,and maintain intestinal mucosal integrity,worthy of clinical promotion.
