摘要
目的:探讨复发性尿路感染的细菌检验及抗菌治疗的对策。方法:2012年2月-2014年1月收治复发性尿路感染患者60例,选择患者中段尿10μL进行细菌培养,对培养的细菌进行细菌鉴定,采用K-B纸片扩散法进行药敏检测。结果:共培养致病菌52株,其中革兰阳性菌32株(61.5%),革兰阴性菌20株。32株革兰阳性菌对青霉素、红霉素、左旋氧氟沙星和克林霉素有较高的耐药性,20株革兰阴性菌对对第三代头孢菌素、氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类等抗菌物耐药率较高,对哌拉西林/唑巴坦、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、亚胺培南较为敏感。结论:复发性尿路感染病原菌分布及耐药性复杂,临床应根据细菌耐药检测结果选择抗菌药物,这样才能做到合理用药,达到较好的临床效果。
Objective:To explore the countermeasures of bacteria test and antibiotic treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections.Methods:60 cases with recurrent urinary tract infection were selected from February 2012 to January 2014.Urine 10 μl were selected for bacterial culture.Culture of bacteria were bacteria identification.We performed drug sensitivity test by K-B disk diffusion method.Results:52 strains of bacteria were cultured,including 32 gram positive strains(61.5%),20 strains of gram negative bacteria.32 strains of gram positive bacteria had high resistance to penicillin,erythromycin and clindamycin,levofloxacin.20 strains of gram negative bacteria had high resistance to the third generation cephalosporins,aminoglycosides,quinolones,and had higher susceptibility to piperacillin/tazobactam,cefoperazone/shubatan,imipenem.Conclusion:In recurrent urinary tract infection,pathogen distribution and drug resistance are complex.In clinical practice,we should reasonably choose the antibiotics according to bacterial resistance test results,so as to achieve the rational use of drugs,and to achieve good clinical results.
