摘要
目的:观察超微针刀治疗肱骨外上髁附近疼痛的疗效。方法:2005-2011年收治肱骨外上髁处疼痛患者90例,用自制的超微针刀对其病变肌肉的起点或止点加以松解,观察其疗效。结果:本组病例经1~3次治疗后,1次痊愈42例(47%),2次痊愈31例(34%),3次痊愈16例(18%);1例好转(1%),后经5次治疗而痊愈;无效0例。结论:超微针刀治疗肱骨外上髁附近疼痛疗效显著。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of ultrastructural needle knife in the treatment of the pain of outside humerus epicondyle.Methods:90 cases of the pain of outside humerus epicondyle were selected from 2005 to 2011.The author treat it with a homemade ultrastructural needle knife on the starting point of the lesion muscles or check point release.Observe its curative effect.Results:After treatment for 1 ~ 3 times,42 cases(47%) were once recovered; 31 cases(34%) were 2 times to heal; 16 cases(18%)were 3 times to heal.1 case(1%) was improved, who recovered after 5 times of treatment.None had no effect.Conclusion:The curative effect of ultrastructural needle knife therapy in the treatment of outside humerus epicondyle pain is remarkable.
