摘要
针刀、针刺在临床治疗中风恢复期下肢痉挛疗效确切,通过分析下肢的解剖结构和力学平衡关系,思考针刀结合针刺治疗中风后恢复期下肢痉挛的方法。基于张力平衡理论,针刀结合针刺治疗中风后恢复期下肢痉挛的关键要点是缓解股内侧、胫后侧、腰部肌肉挛缩,恢复下肢的内、外及前、后力学平衡。
The curative effect of acupotomotor and acupuncture is definite in the treatment of post-apoplectic leg spasm.By analyzing the relationship between the anatomical structure and mechanical balance of the lower limbs,we discuss the method and mechanism of acupotomotor combined with acupuncture in the treatment of post-apoplectic leg spasm.Based on the tension balance theory,we hold that the key points of acupotomy combined with acupuncture in the treatment of spasm of lower limbs in the convalescent stage after stroke are to relieve muscle contracture of the medial side of thigh,posterior side of tibia and waist,and to restore the internal,external,anterior and posterior mechanical balance of lower limbs.
