摘要
目的:探索护理综合性实验教学中模拟临床情景演练过程中学生学习的主动性与积极性的变化。方法:对照组采用常规教学方法,对给定的病例进行分析讨论;观察组采用自编病历与角色扮演的方式,根据学生特点制定临床情境演练。结果:两组学生的护理实验考核成绩、自主学习能力、学习积极性比较差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用让学生自主模拟临床情境的方法,可以充分调动学生的学习自主性与积极性,从而提高学生的护理知识与实践方法的掌握水平。
Objective:To investigate the changes of students' learning initiative and in nursing comprehensive experimental teaching of enthusiasm simulated clinical situation.Methods:The control group adopted conventional teaching method to discusse a given case.The observation group used the self-made case and cosplay way,to make the clinical situation drilling according to the characteristics of students.Results:The nursing experimental examination,students' autonomous learning ability and enthusiasm in two groups were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the method of making students to mimic the clinical situation,can fully mobilize the learning ability and enthusiasm of the students,in order to improve the master of nursing knowledge and practice method of student's.
