摘要
目的:分析总结老年2型糖尿病合并急性进展性脑梗死患者的护理。方法:收治老年2型糖尿病合并急性进展性脑梗死患者15例,对其住院期间的临床病情观察及护理进行分析、总结。体会:老年2型糖尿病合并急性进展性脑梗死发病急、病情危重,护理人员能对患者病情变化进行详细动态观察,并提供及时、正确的护理措施,能提高此病的治疗效果,降低死亡率。
Objective:to analyze and summarize the nursing of patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:15 hospitalized aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with acute progressive cerebral infarction,clinical observation and nursing of their hospital stay were analyzed,summarized.Experience:acute progressive cerebral infarction acute onset,severity of illness in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus,nursing staff can change of the patient's condition with dynamic observation and nursing measures,timely,correct,can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce mortality.
