摘要
目的:探讨锁定钢板治疗复杂性老年肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:收治复杂性老年肱骨近端骨折患者60例,采用骨折切开复位结合锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果:60例患者均进行了回访,按Constant功能评分标准进行评定,优19例(31.7%),良30例(50.0%),可5例(8.3%),差6例(10.0%)。结论:骨折切开复位结合锁定钢板内固定治疗复杂性老年肱骨近端骨折疗效显著。
Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of locking plate in the treatment of complex elderly proximal humeral fracture.Methods:To admit 60 cases of patients with complex elderly proximal humeral fracture from August 2012 to July 2013,patients were treated with open reduction of fracture combined with locking plate fixation treatment.Results:60 patients were follow-up,evaluation score according to Constant standard,excellent in 19 cases(31.7%),good in 30 cases(50%),ok in 5cases(8.3%),poor in 6 cases(10%).Conclusion:The open reduction of fracture combined with locking plate fixation treat complex elderly proximal humeral fracture,the curative effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
