摘要
目的:探讨手术室护理管理与医院感染控制的关系。方法:收治18002例患者的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析,要求积极开展手术室护理管理工作,并与实施手术室护理管理之前的医院感染情况进行对比,对手术室护理管理与医院感染控制的关系进行综合分析。结果:本组18002例患者,20例(0.11%)发生感染,与实行手术室护理管理之前相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理管理与医院感染控制存在着密切联系,通过制定严格管理措施和管理制度,加强执行力度,既有利于提高手术室护理管理水平,又可以有效控制医院感染的发生。
Objective:To explore the relationship between Operation room nursing management and hospital infection control. Methods:We selected 18002 patients in 2012 February to 2013 February,clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed.We should actively carry out the nursing management in operation room.The situations of hospital infection before and after carrying out the nursing management in operation room were compared.We made a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between Operation room nursing management and hospital infection control.Results:In 18002 patients,20 cases(0.11%) had infection. Compared with the prior to operation room nursing management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Operation room nursing management and hospital infection control are closely related to each other.Through the establishment of strict management measures and management system and strengthening enforcement,it is not only conducive to enhancing operation room nursing management level,but also can effectively control the occurrence of hospital infection.
