摘要
目的:比较两种不同切口方式的白内障非超声乳化术联合人工晶体植入术在基层医院的实施效果。方法:将120例(143眼)白内障患者随机分为两组,分别行反眉弓型隧道切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术和角巩膜切口白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术,比较两组患者术后3天视力、角膜散光、术后早期并发症等情况。结果:反眉弓型隧道切口组术后3天视力显著高于角巩膜切口组,且术后1周角膜散光明显低于后者。结论:反眉弓型隧道切口人工晶体植入术术式简单易学,所需器械简单,携带方便。
Objective:To explore the effect of non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction in two different incision combined with intraocular lens implantation in basic level hospital.Methods:120 cases(143 eyes)of cataract patients were randomly divided into two groups.Two groups of patients respectively used non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction with Anti superciliary arch tunnel incision combined with intraocular lens implantation and non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction with Corneoscleral incision combined with intraocular lens implantation.The visual acuity in 3 days after operation,corneal astigmatism and early postoperative complications of two groups were compared.Conclusion:Anti superciliary arch tunnel incision and implantation of artificial lens is simple and the required equipment is simple and easy to carry,so it is worth to popularize in basic hospital.
