摘要
以微晶纤维素(MCC)为基体材料制备微晶纤维素基水凝胶,再采用原位沉积法负载Cu_2O和MOF-5,制备Cu_2O/MOF-5/MCC水凝胶三元复合材料.通过对Cu_2O和MOF-5加料比例的调控,制备出系列微晶纤维素基水凝胶复合材料,并以大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli,E.Coli)为试验菌种对其抗菌性能进行研究.通过FT-IR、XRD、SEM对样品结构和形貌进行表征,结果表明利用原位沉积法成功制备出了Cu_2O/MOF-5/MCC三元复合材料;Cu_2O和MOF-5具有协同抗菌作用,且当添加总量一定、Cu_2O与MOF-5比例为7∶3时,三元复合材料表现出最佳抗菌性能.
Cu2O/MOF-5/microcrystalline cellulose(MCC)ternary composites were prepared by in situ deposition of Cu2O and MOF-5 onto MCC hydrogel which was made from MCC.A series of Cu2O/MOF-5/MCC ternary composites have been prepared by adjusting the amount of Cu2O and MOF-5,and antibacterial ability was evaluated via measuring the diameter of the inhibition zone when Escherichia coli(E.Coli)was used as a test strain.The structure and morphology of the composite were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM,and the results indicated that Cu2O/MOF-5/MCC ternary composites were successfully obtained.Besides,Cu2O and MOF-5 had a significant synergistic antibacterial effect,and the composites exhibited the best antibacterial effect when the ratio of Cu2O to MOF-5 was 7∶3.
