摘要
本文从摩擦学-接触润滑出发,通过理论和实验分析,论述了微型轴承润滑机理、成膜能力、缺油开始速度以及影响因素,并且提出相应的防止缺油的对策。
With the help of the theoretical analysis of contact lubrication in tribology and the experimental results analysis,the mechanism of lubrication of miniature bearing, the ability of forming the lubricant film, the threshold speed of starvation and the factors effected on lubricants film thickness under starvation were discussed, and the way to prevent from starvation was brought forward.
