摘要
针对齿轮传动的乏油现象,提出了一种新型的齿轮径向自吸流体润滑方法,从润滑与冷却两方面对整个啮合过程进行了供油的理论分析与计算。分析表明:螺杆泵的单导程容积大小受到与其同构件的齿轮转速与载荷的限制;冷却散热对螺杆泵单导程容积的影响与转速无关;螺杆泵单导程容积的设计应该按啮合过程中供油量的最大值设计。
For the starved oil phenomenon of gear transmission,a new kind of gear radial self-inhaling lubrication method was introduced.The theoretcial analysis and calculation of supplying oil were completed throughout engagement process in lubricating and cooling,respectively.The analysis shows that the single lead volume of screw pump is confined to the revolving speed and load of gear which is combined with screw to form one component;and it has nothing to do with the velocity of the screw specially in cooling;the single lead volume design of the screw pump should be decided by maximum supplying oil quantity during the whole engagement process.
