摘要
指出有关齿轮润滑的文献中用两轮牵连速度的合速度作为卷汲速度 ,在概念上隐藏着错误 ,而据此概念导出的结果只在某些特殊条件下才是正确的。提出卷汲速度应定义为两表面相对于收敛楔相对速度的合速度这一概念 ,给出了有关公式 ,讨论了影响卷汲速度的因素和润滑弱点存在的条件。
U, which indicates the quantity of lubricants being dragged into contact area between surfaces, is of importance in both elastohydrodynamic lubrication and hydrodynamic lubrication. However, in nearly all gear lubrication references U is incorrectly defined as the mean entrainment speed of a pair of points which moving in an absolute space, and, consequently, results induced from such a U keep valid only in some specific occasions. A new definition is given that U is the mean relative speed of a pair of points to the contact area, the validity of the definition is checked and the factors influencing U are discussed.
