摘要
用MPV-200型摩擦磨损试验机对酚醛树脂塑料合金材料在不同润滑条件下(干摩擦、水润滑,含沙0.05%)进行了摩擦学性能测定,分别考察了载荷、速度以及运行时间等对材料摩擦学性能的影响。为酚醛树脂塑料合金材料的实际应用提供理论指导。
The MPV-200 model friction and wear testing machine was used to study the friction and wear properties of thermosetting phenolic aldehyde resin plastic alloy under different lubricating conditions. The effects of load, speed and time on friction and wear properties were discussed. It provides a theoretic foundation for practical application of thermosetting phenolic aldehyde resin.
