摘要
针对普通水润滑橡胶轴承摩擦系数大,承载能力低的缺点,设计制造了双水腔动压橡胶轴承新结构,通过实验与理论验证分析了形成流体动压水膜的几个制约条件,并对实验结果进行了误差分析.
In the paper,a new structure of hydrodynamic rubber bearing,with two cavities was designed and manufactured because of the failings of the plain water-lubricated rubber bearing with high friction coefficient and low load-capacity.By experimental study and theoretical testimony,several factors are analysed that have effect on the formation of hydrodynamic lubrication,and experimental error.At last,the possibilities of the formation of hydrodynamic lubrication from the magnitude of frication coefficient are confirmed.
