摘要
在一般情况下 ,检验凸球面都是用样板 ,但是对于大口径的凸球面来说 ,用样板就存在许多缺点 .据此提出用零位补偿法检验大口径凸球面的方法 ,有效地克服了样板法的不足 ,可获得较高的检验精度 ;并以加工和检验直径 30 0mm凸球面的具体实例进行说明 。
Generally speaking,convex sphere is tested by a template.But for testing large convex spherical surface template method has many shortages.So,a null compensating test is discussed in this paper.It is of high accuracy,and at the same time,the defects of the template method are overcomed effectively.We explain the null testing method in detail through the fabricating and inspecting a 300 mm convex sphere,and the design results of the testing system is also given.
