摘要
《知识产权哲学》(APhilosophyofIntellectualProperty)以财产权制度产生、发展及相关理论为脉络 ,提出要用工具主义而不是独占主义的哲学态度来指导建立互相制约的知识产权方法和理论。这些论述 ,勾勒出了知识产权哲学的一些轮廓 。
Based on the birth, development and relevant theories, A Philosophy of Intellectual Property puts forward that philosophical attitude of instrumentialism other than propertism shall be used to establish the method and theory of intellectual property which is restricted each other. Such opinions pose some outlines of philosophy of intellectual property and they are constructive to intellectual property research.
