摘要
本文分三个部分 :一是随着科技的进步、企业竞争的激烈、现代组织对人力资源管理要求的不断提高 ,人力资源管理这一概念的内涵在不断地发生着变化。二是现代人力资源管理的核心是复杂的人员激励 ,因此 ,激励理论的基本模式应多样化。三是本文立足于激励理论 ,结合人力资源管理中存在的问题 。
This article consists three parts.The first part tell us the developme nt of the denotation of human-resource management. The second part tell us that the theory and model of urging. The third part tell us that by combining with th e practical problems that exist in human resource management, we should make a n ew exploration on how to urge the staff from the urging theory.
