摘要
营销管理是企业管理中的一个重要环节,营销管理中的数据挖掘系统是当前一个重要的研究课题,本文针对营销活动的特点,提出需通过五个阶段来完成数据挖掘工作,详细分析了每个阶段的特点。着重分析了如何根据营销决策需要来选择特定的挖掘模型。
Marketing management is the important part of enterprise management. The application of data mining in marketing management is more interested by the studies nowadays. This paper discusses the whole procedure of data mining in marketing management. The procedure includes five steps, in which we analysis the details. We give more consideration about how to use some special data-mining module according to marketing decision.
