摘要
目的 :为了检测泸州市饮水氯化消毒副产物的致突变性。方法 :采用Ames试验分别对泸州市南郊水厂的水源水、出厂水、末梢管网水的有机浓集物的致突变性进行检测。结果 :水源水的有机浓集物的Ames试验呈阴性 ,出厂水和末梢管网水的有机浓集物的Ames试验呈阳性反应。结论 :通过饮水氯化消毒虽然减少了水中致病微生物的作用 。
Objective: To detect the mutagenicity of by-product of chlorinated water. Methods: Detect the mutagenicity of the organic extracts from the sample of source water and chlorinated water and tap water. Results: The result of Ames test on source water is found negative, but those of chlorinated water were positive. Conclusion: Although the pathogenic microorganism in the drinking water decreased after chlorinating, the mutagenicity of the by-product of chlorinated water increasd.
