摘要
针对动力分散型电动车组的要求,研制其动力转向架。在该转向架中,采用了多种新结构、新材料和新工艺,为满足高速列车性能的要求,提供了一种可行的结构。通过详细的动力学分析,对转向架的各重要定位参数、悬挂参数进行优化,转向架采用施工设计中提出的参数,顺利通过了滚动试验台、环行线、广深线和秦沈线等试验和运行的考验。通过各重要承力件的有限元分析,为提高转向架的可靠性进行了有益的尝试。
For the demand of the EMU with distributed power, the power bogie was developed. Many new structure, material and technology were applied. In order to meet the performance requirement of high - speed train, one kind of applicable structure was provided. Through the detailed dynamics analysis, main positioning and suspension parameters of the bogie are optimized, the parameters offered in the construction design are adopted. The test of this bogie was successfully carried out on rolling test rig on loop track, on CUANG - SHEN and QIK - SHEN railway line. By the analysis of FEM, it is useful attempt to improve the reliability of this bogie.
