摘要
"先锋"号电动车组原设计采用空心车轴,但由于国内空心车轴制造工艺尚不成熟,在服役中存在备用轮对供应困难的问题。本文在对比计算"先锋"号电动车组空心车轴和实心车轴的结构强度、车辆动力学性能影响的基础上,提出了采用LZ50钢实心车轴替代35CrMo空心车轴的解决方案,并在装车运行中得到了验证。
" Pineer" EMU was originally designed to use hollow axle, however, due to the immature manufacturing techniques for this kind of axle, there is problem with the supply of backup wheelsets for the EMUs in service. Based on the comparisons of structural strengths between hollow axle and solid axle for the EMU and their influences on the dynamic performances of vehicles, this paper proposes to replace 35CrMo hollow axle with LZ50 steel solid axle, and this solution has been verified during its demonstration test.
