中水回用可以防治水污染,保护水环境,也是解决城市水资源不足的一个重要途径。针对中水回用的制约因素,应充分认识水资源紧缺的严峻性,建立完善的法制法规体系,制定合理的水价格体系,理顺城市水业管理关系,大力培育中水回用市场。
The recovery and utilization of the intermediate water, which can prevent water pollution and protect environment, is an important way to solve the problem of the shortage of urban water resources. In the light of some restricting factors, people should recognize the severeness of the urgent shortage of water resources, establish and perfect the legal system, make rational water pricing system, rationalize the relation of urban water industry management, and cultivate the market for the recovery and utilization of intermediate water.
