摘要 作为微型水利工程,雨水集蓄利用势必会对自然生态环境产生影响。借鉴干扰生态学原理,将干扰度测算方法运用于雨水集蓄综合环境效应评价中,不仅可以弄清综合环境效应数值的大小,而且能初步判断环境效应的性质和方向。从经济环境、社会环境、自然生态环境三方面构建评价指标体系,应用突变模型方法,对资阳市1983—2009年雨水集蓄的综合环境效应和生态干扰度进行实证分析。结果表明:所选指标和方法是适用的,雨水集蓄对自然生态环境的效应变化符合雨水集蓄利用实际;随着雨水集蓄利用程度的提高和规模的扩大,其环境效应和生态干扰度逐渐增大,应注意科学规划和可持续利用。 As a miniature water conservancy project,rainwater collection and utilization is bound to produce interference to the naturalecological environment. Not only the numerical value of the integrated environmental effect, but also the nature and direction of theenvironment can be clearly understood from the principle of interference ecology and the method of measuring the degree of interference.Comprehensive environmental effect and ecological disturbance degree of rainwater collection were analyzed in Ziyang City from 1983 to 2009 during the building of evaluation index system from the three aspects of economic environment, social environment and natural ecologicalenvironment by applying catastrophe model theory. The empirical results show that the changes of environmental effect of rainwater collectionand storage on the natural ecological environment are consistent with the reality of rainwater collection and utilization. The evaluation indexand evaluation method are applicable. The degree of environmental effect and ecological disturbance degree of rainwater collection and storageis increasing with the increase of the degree of utilization. Rainwater resources should be paid attention to scientific planning and sustainableuse.
