摘要
作者在赴俄罗斯考察和邀请俄罗斯专家来华学术交流资料的基础上,整理和介绍了前苏联和俄罗斯在Al-Sc合金研究开发方面所做的工作。Al-Sc合金强度高、塑韧性好、耐蚀性能和焊接性能优异,是新一代航天、航空、舰船用轻质结构材料。我国Al、Sc资源丰富,是世界Sc原料的主要输出国之一。在国家973项目和“十五”攻关项目支持下,国内Al-Sc合金研究与开发已正式启动,小规格的产品已送交相关用户试用。期待本文的发表有助于铝合金加工企业和用户之间的了解和交流。
On the base of visiting Russia and academic exchange during inviting Russian specialists to come to China, the author introduces the works on research and development of aluminum-scandium alloys in Russia, aluminum-scandium alloys have high strength, high ductility, good corrosion resistance and weldability, and are a new kind of light structure materials used for aerospace, aviation and warship industry. China has abundant resource of scandium, and is one of main exporter of Sc2O3 raw material. Under the support of National 973 project and the Tenth-Five Year project, the research and development of Al-Sc alloys in China have been started, and small scale products have been sent to user to do application study. The author expects the publication of this paper benefit to the understanding and exchange between aluminum fabrication enterprise and aluminum alloy users.
