摘要
介绍了钪的物理、力学性能,钪对变形铝合金有很好的晶粒细化作用,从固溶体中析出的细小质点Al3Sc呈弥散分布,提高铝合金的强度。综述了Al-Sc中间合金的生产方法,一些工业变形铝-钪合金(包括Al-Mg-Sc系、Al-Zn-Mg-Sc系、Al-Zn-Mg-Ca-Sc系Al-Mg-Li-Sc系和Al-Mg-Sc系)的化学成分、性能和应用情况。
The physical and mechanical properties of aluminium scandium alloy have been introduced. Scandium possesses a very good grain refinement effect on deformation. The Al3Sc tiny particle in solid solution shows dissemination distribution which can increase strength of the aluminium alloy. The production methods of Al-Sc master-alloy, the chemical compositions, properties and application situation of aluminium alloy containing Sc element such as Al-Mg-Se series, Al-Zn-Mg-Sc series, Al-Zn-Mg-Ca-Sc series and Al-Mg-Li-Si se- ries have been discussed.
