摘要
气井井筒流动是一降温、降压过程 ,如果产量过低就可能产生井底积液而影响产能。文章以部 1 - 2井为例 ,以压力校正后的二项式产能方程作为流入动态方程、气井垂直管流方程作为流出动态方程 ,绘制了从原始地层压力到废弃地层压力之间的流入动态曲线及不同井口油压的流出动态曲线。对气井排液临界产量影响因素进行了分析 ,认为生产管尺寸是影响临界流量的最敏感因素 ,对于低产气井 ,使用小油管生产是非常有意义的。将气井排液临界产量曲线绘入节点分析图中并相互结合以确定气井在整个开采过程中的合理产量 ,方法直观、实用。
Wellbore flowing in gas well is a pressure and temperature dropping process. If the gas production is too small,well productivity may be influenced owing to the accumulation of fluids at bottom hole By taking well Bu 1―2 as an example,the inflow dynamic curves from original formation pressure to abandoned formation pressure and the gas well verical rubing flow equation as the outflow dynamic curves at different well head tubing pressures are drawn up by use of the pressure corrected binomial productivity equation as the inflow dynamic equation and of the gas well vertical tubing flow equation as the outflow dynamic equation. Through analyzing the factors affecting the critical fluid carried production of gas well, it is thought that the tubing size is the most sensitive factor affecting the critical flow rate and it is very significant to use the small size tubing for the gas well with low production The reasonable production rates of the gas well during the whole producing process may be determined by putting the critical fluid carried production curve of the gas well into the node analysis chart and correlating both of them Such a method is visual and practical
