摘要
建立了一种毛细管区带电泳(CZE)体系,分离测定了中药丹参及其复方制剂中3种水溶性成分(丹参素、原儿茶醛、原儿茶酸).电泳条件:25mmol/L磷酸 硼酸盐缓冲液(pH7.0),压力进样(250kPa·s),17kV恒压电泳.采取柱上紫外检测方式,检测波长280nm.在50~500mg/L范围内,对3种成分分别进行了定量分析.
Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.is one of well-known Traditional Chinese Medicinal Materials (TCMs), in which danshensu(DSS), protocatechuic aldehyde(PAH) and protocatechuic acid(PA) are three major water-soluble active compounds. This work is to introduce a capillary zone electrophoresis method (CZE) for separating these three active ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.and its medicinal preparations. Electrophoretic conditions employed was: 25 mmol/L phosphate-borax buffer(pH 7.0), applied voltage of 20 kV, injection at 25 kPa·s, UV detection wavelength at 280 nm. There are good linear relationships between 50 mg/L to 500 mg/L (r>0.999).
