运用客户关系管理的理念 ,提出了上海图书馆文献提供中心实施客户关系管理的必要性 ,最后论述了文献提供中心实施客户关系管理的方法和策略。
Based on the concepts of customer relationship management,this article points out the necessity for the Shanghai Library Document Supply Center to conduct customer relation management,and also discusses the methods and strategies for conducting this management
