摘要
我国苹果加工业经过改革开放 2 0年的快速发展 ,已具备明显的比较优势和较强的国际竞争力 ,但同时也存在诸多问题。在综合分析我国苹果加工业发展概况的基础上 ,遵循经济、技术发展的客观规律 ,瞄准国内外市场需求 ,提出了我国苹果加工业的发展思路。
The apple processing in China has got obvious comparative advantage and international competitiveness as a result of its quick development for 20 years of reforms and opening to the outside world However, many insufficiencies still exist in the field On the basis of overall analysis of the general situation of the development of apple processing in China, the development idea, strategic layout and prior field concerned with apple processing in China are set forth in the paper, following the objective rule of economic and technical development and aiming at the market demand at home and abroad
