摘要
运用某种猪场杜洛克、长白猪、大白猪育种核心群作为素材,采用聚合酶反应(polymerasechainreac tion:PCR),对上述三个猪种基因组DNA进行ESR和FSHβ基因的多态性分析。结果观察到上述三个猪种群体中ESR基因的A和B基因的频率分别为0.8194和0.1806,0.7921和0.2079,0.7051和0.2949;而对于FSHβ基因,A和B基因的频率分别为0.0833和0.9167,0.2865和0.7135,0.2231和0.7769。因此,该场应侧重选留ESR基因的B等位基因,以进一步提高猪群产仔数。
The polymorphisms of ESR gene and FSHβ gene in Duroc, Landrace and Large White from nucleus herds of certain pig breeding farm were investigated by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). The results showed that the frequencies of A and B alleles of ESR gene in these three pig breeds were 0.819 4 and 0.180 6 , 0.792 1 and 0.207 9, 0.705 1 and 0.294 9, respectively, while the frequencies of A and B alleles of FSHβ gene in these three pig breeds were 0.083 3 and 0.916 7, 0.286 5 and 0.713 5, 0.223 1 and 0.776 9 , respectively. Therefore, this pig breeding farm should lay emphasis on selecting and keeping the pig breeds with B allele of ESR gene in order to raise litter size further.
