摘要
随着我国高等教育事业的快速发展,"一校多区"办学的格局已经形成。对多校区发展、多校区办学模式的研究已成为当前不少高校急待解决的课题。结合我校实际,试就新校区运行的管理模式、方法及实际工作中所遇到的困难和解决办法做了初步的总结和探索。
With the rapid development of higher education in China, there forms a pattern of running a university on multiple campuses. Hence, how to develop and run them becomes a urgent research subject. This article, with the practice at HIEE, attempts to sum up the experience of HIEE management pattern on new campus, and meanwhile explores the solutions to the problems encountered in practice.
