摘要
目的 :探讨老年脑卒中患者的心理状态及与接受预防教育的关系。方法 :采用问卷调查法 ,从老年脑卒中 110例中筛选出心理异常者 ,统计心理异常者接受预防教育的情况 ,观察心理正常组与心理异常组患者间病程的差异性。结果 :110例患者中心理异常发生率占 6 9 31% ,其中未接受预防教育者占心理异常的 95 71% ,其心理异常发生率明显高于接受预防教育者 (4 8 5 7% )。心理异常患者治疗过程中其运动、语言等功能的恢复明显低于心理正常者。结论 :老年脑卒中患者心理异常发生率较高 ,其发生率与是否接受预防教育有明显的相关性。且心理异常明显影响老年脑卒中患者康复。适时做好预防教育及支持性心理护理 ,可有效地减少脑卒中发病率及缩短病程 ,加快患者各项功能的恢复 ,提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the rate of abnormality of mental health in elderly patients who had stroke and to analyse the relationship between the abnormal rate and the acception of psychologic educations.Method:According to the questionnaire,the rate of abnormality of mental health was caculated in 110 elderly patients,the acception of psychologic education or not was recorded and the difference of the course of stroke was observed.Result:The rate of abnormality of mental health was 69.31% and 95.71% patients who have abnormal mental health were not given psychologic education.The recuperation of linguistic and athletic were better in patients who were given psychologic education than that in patients who were not given.Conclusion:The rate of abnormality of mental health in elderly patients who had stroke is high,the state of mental health is remarkably related with psychologic education and the happeness of abnormality of mental health remarkably influences recuperation.
